In the “Set Up” meeting we will review the following:

*Your desired business name, is it available?  We will find out and get a name you want.     Don't know what to call it?  We can help with ideas.

*Filing your LLC forms with the state as well as advertise per LLC requirements.

*Requesting your Federal Identification Number (EIN/FEIN)

*Set up an appointment with our Chase Business Banker and he will come to your home/office to set up your bank account to get you up and running.
